Jodeci joins the P Music Group roster of clients that also include multiple award-winning R&B artists: Charlie Wilson, K-Ci Hailey, and Johnny Gill. Brothers DeVanté Swing, Mr. Dalvin joined with brothers K-Ci, and JoJo in 1991 signed with Uptown Records to release their debut album, Forever My Lady. Jodeci swept the charts throughout the 90s and their success within the music industry continued with the releases of Diary of a Mad Band (1993), and the The Show, the After Party, the Hotel (1995), where the group experimented with various musical styles typically not associated with traditional R&B. They achieved mainstream success in 1991 with their Billboard Hot 100 single, “Come & Talk To Me,” winning a Billboard Award (1992), followed by three #1 Billboard R&B/Hip Hop Albums, Forever My Lady, (1992), Diary of a Mad Band, (1994) and The Show, the After Party, the Hotel, (1995).
